::wonderdreamlandscapes::

by Bethany Lee

Soul travelling to
the outerbanks of the universe.
ocean and outerspace,
interweaving silver~blue threads.
the expanse was so wide,
God's smile couldn't cover it.

a marvelous mirror.
from where i stood,
i could see my Self standing.

enchanted,
staring into the sun and the water
for what could have been
infinite ages.
elated to be resting there,
at the apex of the horizon.

cerulean seashore
pristine peacock sparkle
azure amazement
lovely lapis lazuli

sinking into the liquid pristine painting,
illussions are illuminated,
and worry is no more.

What a lovely peaceful picture you paint. It transports me from my latenight numbness into another reality. Thanks for sharing.
