I worry

by Madeline Pestolesi

I worry
About the amount of consumption in the United States.

I worry
About relationships and what it all means

I worry
About school and life after

I worry
About money for rent

I worry
About the people I care about

I worry
About the constant state of uproar inside

I worry
Too much.

I worry about all these things two. But then I listen to some quality tunes and they all cease to matter.

it's one of those poems you'll be interested to read in 10 years... 'taking stock of things'. i'm sure we all feel this in different ways
