When You are Near

by Brian Francis

The stars stand back and wonder down

To see the beauty of your smiling eyes

The coy and playful tender glance

calls forth my yearning desires

Throbbing emotions threaten to explode

As my loins tighten with wanton excitement

Wanting to touch and caress your being

To hold your body tightly against mine

And feel the gentle workings of your lips

As the eruption builds from your attentions

A pausing shiver as I watch you walk on.

Well, you certainly know how to build erotic tension. whew.... ;) Great last line - fantasy followed by fact - a fine way to tell a story. Congrats on POTD!
