Rainbow tiger by Richard TrotterRed, blue stripes and purple claws
Opal eyes, she is sleek on laughter wheels
bounding, with no prey , she alters
the sky with one warming roar
on a muddy plain, she strides
or flys on invisible wings
with footprints, a trace of eden
reflected in rainwater pools:
her impact so deep. 12/14/2003 Author's Note: Dedicated to my best friend Krista Kensinger. Hopefully my letters between friends folder will return soon as well.

Posted by Chris Sorrenti on 12/16/03 at 03:30 AM Pardon the pun, but a highly colorful dedication. I espcially love this line: Opal eyes, she is sleek on laughter wheels
