My heartÂ’s winter scene

Totally wrapped in frozen

Iceflowers with thorns

The mood is the cause of this scene. The moods are always the cause of identifications. The impressions are the cause of moods and the associations are the cause of impressions. Nicely produced minimal.

Great verse, Anne. Often thorns can be a good thing....:) Jack

Whoa! Talk about frigid!! SO much said with this one Anne. I shudder at the implications... [;0)~

"Iceflowers with thorns" What a tremendous visual! Great verse with splendid word choice! :)

Akh... just the visual of ice stings my hands, let alone an ice-flower with thorns. Very descriptive....

A perfect mixture of nature-al and human images. Evocative and captivating haiku, Anne. One of the best ones I've ever read.
