Syllabolic by Stephanie MyersOne
person
told me to
be who I am
To impossible
caged like an animal
hungry for someone to love
wanting you that I can never
reaching beyond the mist to break free
watching waves to rise from timid waters
Waters rising from the storm incoming
lightening strikes rising hairs on my neck
sulfuric smell burning my nose
watching you walk side the beach
arms opened to embrace
You see through the dark
your eyes blinded
intense green
closing
them
