I am trapped between an exclamation point
and a question mark,
searching for an infinite ellipsis…"

I thought I was about to be busted for lack of any kind of punctuation and other assorted Fox paws in my poetry when I read the title. This is so great!?. I adore it_ I think I like the fill in the blank approach the best! LOL:-) |

The first part with the "I Am"s was very relative to what life is. and then i'm smacked in the face at the end. perhaps that is what you were going for, you poetical genius, you. but as a reader, i'd much prefer the read without the last remark. Punctuation can be used subtly or blaringly, and I think you've found a very happy medium here that is almost as telling as the words you choose. And of course, your message is brilliant.
