Zephyrs

by Siri Lipscomb

Zephyrs, yon xhiliarating

Winds, vaunting upon tender

Spring remnants quietly

Pruning only now ‘midst

Light kempt juniper in high ground

Fractal energy

Drowning cacophony

Beyond alliteration

"Wnds, vaunting upon tender" ju' left out the "i" in winds. otherwise. this was extremely well crafted.

it's funny this takes me back to when my family used to make me say the alphabet backwards, i say it faster than forwards...nice job.

I don't remember who coined the phrase, but you def helped perfect it. Excellent verse.

Whew! This one wafts like one of those silent but deadly whodunnit's. It's very satisfying, and sounds best if read with a squint while pointing at the dog. All kidding aside, I love your poem, and please correct me if I'm wrong but I think it was Mr. Abeceder who invented this form. Pe4ce...
