your special star by Michele Schottelkorbsometimes people come into our lives
to show us a different way
it may be better, it may be worse
but either way youll say:
thank you, someone, for your light
for the blessings you had to give
thank you, someone, for your love
for this, my world can live
and if these people have to go
and can only stay in your heart
remember the lessons that they learned
they were there for you from the start
when the quiet seems too still
and your loneliness cant let go
remember there is a star thats watching
just look above and youll know
that everyday, in every way
your someone is never far
your someone; your life-force
is your very special star
