Requesting Slumber Tonight [abecedarian]

dreams evaporated, forgotten.
Groggily have I just kept living.
Morpheus! Negate our predicament,
quash restlessness!
Sandman! Target unrepose valiantly,
where x-marks-the-spot!...
(yawn)…. zzzzzz….
