The Naked Locker-Room Fairy

by Madeline Pestolesi

A flash of flesh...
And butterfly tattoos
Covered by brown wavy hair
Reaching down her back.

Her backdrop:
The grouchy, the sweaty, the ugly.

A random twirl
On her way to the showers.

Glancing at a dancing, naked girl
Through the locker corridors,
I am curious
As to how someone can dance
On a Monday morning.

A delightful mix of the mundane and those who find magic even on Monday. Congrats on POTD.
