10 Things I've Learned About Me

though your favourite color is blue.
Then follow the leader of no expectations
it keeps you hidden
from dissappointments cruelty.
Sexual appetite that flatters glutney.
(and for that I thank my 30's)
Healthy fantasies, and heavy fears.
Overcome the nightmares that are now
three years old.
Time bought and sold, now paid in full.
The rebirth of a crowned jewel,
who likes to paint her fingers and toes
hot pink or tempered steel.
Lipswept baby soft pastel.
Show me new. Show me beautiful.
But never, not show me.
The door of my mind has blown off it's hinges
though it's enter at your own risk.
but i'll show you the secret entrance
just look me in the eyes.
So I think I'll color my hair a soft brown.
