Posted by Andrew S Adams on 09/11/03 at 12:31 AM i am going to be severely confused for the remainder of forever... this ni/cole thing is going to drive me up a wall! aah. anywhodle. this poem, i see it every day. such an irony; spraypaint in vibrant life colors, when the tree is numbed to nothing. |

Posted by Agnes Eva on 12/02/03 at 07:56 AM this is pretty excellent. the first two lines take you in a direction thinking of human diseases (plague, aids) but the ending suprises with a nature disease... but maybe the trees are sick ultimately because of humans poisoning the environment which increases the beatles which spread the disease (humans being the disease to nature in a way). wow so much depth here that it's surprising the whole thing is also a straight sentence. |
