A Butterfly's Wings by Melissa Arel
Feeling the flutter of a butterflys wings,
I wonder if its you.. and then I know.
Wanting so much to hold you and kiss your innocent skin,
I fear tomorrow may never come.
Waiting for the day when we look in each others eyes
For the very first time,
I know my life will never be the same.
Watching you grow in the swell of my womb,
Feeling your every movement
I pray and I ache for that moment
When heaven opens and you come down..
Its then, right then, Ill know what it means to be your mother.
