The Opposite End Of Forever by Jersey D GibsonIt seems so long,
since we last met,
Seems like an eternity,
with the ways we went,
Now you're, old; I'm gray,
what happened to all that time?
We have trouble saying a word,
when there's mountians on our minds.
Slowly, we walk back where we came,
the moment passed like the weather.
When we were paired, the times we shared,
seems like the opposite ends of forever. 08/25/2003 Posted on 08/26/2003 Copyright © 2024 Jersey D Gibson

Posted by Andrew S Adams on 08/26/03 at 07:31 PM indeed, it is certainly something amazing. the rhyme scheme is awesome- everything is so surreal, but you make is so realisticm so perfectly. the line which others have referred to, is absolutely perfect summation. peace :a |
