andrea

by Michele Schottelkorb

A woman of triumph

And travesty true

Beautiful mane of hair

Eyes a deep blue

Passion abounds

Inside of her soul

Even though circumstance

Has taken itÂ’s toll

My precious friend

Was sent from above

My sister, my family

Dear friend to this dove

A lady of virtue

A child of play

She brightens my cloud

No matter the day

If only you could

Have such a friend

My precious jewel

My friend to the end

yes, if we all could have such a friend, we'd be fortune's child; but if there is anyone to reciprocate such friendships it is you and your incredible openess of heart.
