A Drink For My Love

by Kate Demeree

Where have all the questions gone
That once plagued my heart and soul
Tormented my mind, drove me to search?
They are gone now, replaced with wonder
I weep grateful tears
Without wiping them from my cheeks
Unashamed, unadorned I come to you
Broken and fragmented
In absolute trust
You will drink my tears

Beautiful description of trusting surrender. It flows so gracefully from beginning to end, I am in awe.
