Crazzzzy Clock

by Kate Demeree

I’ve a tick tock clock

With a crazzzzy beat

It moves its hands

But has no feet

Sings a song

So wild and free

Says come along

And dance for me

Ah this tick tock clock

It knows no time

It has a bell

But does not chime

I wind the key

On it’s face

Step quickly back

As it’s gears race

Don’t stand still

Tick tock will wail

Much to late

And little avail

Crazy tick tock

Wacky old clock

Plays the blues

And yearns for rock

Author's Note: This is a repost. *soft smile* I finaly found it, and am keeping my word. It was written for Philip De Pinto a poet with more than blues in his soul.

Your tic tock clock just hits the spot! A writer's block you have not! Great verse that truly rocks!
