Watching Dirty Dancing, Again

by Max Bouillet

Greatly exaggerated and full of itself
the penis plunged down main street.
Halted at a red light...
he gunned his engine and jerked
forward as the light turned green --not knowing
another penis was running
that same yellow light...
balls bounced wildly as testosterone leaked all
over the street.

Alone and unimpressed she
wept, stuck her hand between her legs
and knew that buttered popcorn
would solve most of her problems.

Just wanted to leave this further comment, I realize that this as alot of poetry can be read more than one way, and that is part of what I like so much about the art. *wry grin* On another night I might read this and mearly say OH YEAH... you hit the nail right on the head another pelvis grinding flick, but tonight it just struck me as funny. Thanks Max.... poetry that can do that is superb!

Hahahah!!! I love how you have people so buffeted about by their hormonal human nature that they become that which drives them... and you really put the 'dirty' in dirty dancing with this erotic poem, leaving us all with thoughts of buttered fingertips

Love how you've reduced this planet's superior (?) species/gender down to genetalia. Witty material, especially that first stanza, perhaps some expansion of second later on once the dust clears and semen stains on the road dry out. :o)
