MOMENT 7

by Graeme Fielden

imagine if love was blood
silent beneath the skin
circulating always
liberated by accident

well then i guess i wouldn't want to fall in love, for it would be like suicide... if i'm following correctly. going back a step metaphorically, this speaks to me of perhaps the pain and sacrifice involved in love

One metaphorical situation, so much floods the mind! "By accident" is where it hits you. . . imagine, indeed. . . bam!

Succinct and vibrant! Love liberated would be no loss! The more it is shared the more there is! Thought provoking poem.

Taking this into the realm of possibility, your cogent Poem of the Day leaves me with an open wound. Congratulations, Graeme. Peace...
