LOL! My sentiments exactly. Ever the creative rebel, I've done my own experimentation with haiku. If you'd like to read them, look for Four Very Short Poems Masquerading As Haiku in I think my Ripples folder.

Ha! I don't write many haikus, but I did used to have a poetry professor with strict line-syllable requirements, so I can feel the frustration ;)
