the sky tonight is red
and the clouds will hide my tears.
the rain will drizzle in for moments
and the pain will drizzle out for years.
it's this aching love that i have denied.
it's this feeling i wanted to have so but
lost in the blink of an eye-
i never knew what loss was until i
lost the stars in the sky.

but hiding behind those clouds,
a deeper feeling is shining-
the stars will gisten on our love.
the stars will thank the moon for
it's protection, and together we will
lay, our bodies for the other,
under our own,
starlit sky-
when the clouds will roll away,
and i see it in the close coming days.

but for the nights of now, i will
wait and remain silent-
as i can not scream to the wall
of clouds fighting me with it's tears.
o world, will you stop crying
so i may see my beautiful dream
realized?
