Bombs

by Jersey D Gibson

Fins for swimming through the air.
Aiming with the precision of a hair.
Dropping onto anything without a care.
For I'm a 2,000 lb. bomb.

Grey steel flying hellward into the night.
Because some idiot decided to pick a fight.
I'm gonna surprise him with all my might.
For I'm a 2,000 lb. bomb.

From a great height from wince I was dropped.
Just do your best, I can't be stopped.
That defiant grin of yours will be mopped.
For I'm a 2,000 lb. bomb.

Dark humor at its best. One the best things you've written in quite some time. So bad it's good. Regret though that some of those 2,000lb bombs kill innocent civilians.

Oh, now that is one evil *evil* example of humour. I like this.
