faith in the faithless

by Cymbre Dolphay

Gentle shades of twilight
shining in her eyes
as she spins around in circles
dancing beneath the moon
her mind is full of fire
and her voice full of song
everything about that girl
speaks of the divine
but one would not
suspect that God
was a music loving girl
with no faith in herself

The music loving girl seems to have a ever vibrating source of positive energies and a repeatedly reinforced association with the source. The presentation is beautiful.

Beautiful...very lovely. It's like when I am shoveling snow at 11 oclock at night lovely.

I say, take full credit and make no excuses for this excitingly pleasant read, Cymbre. A breath of spring, both literally and figuratively. Bravo on becoming Poet Of The Day. Peace...

Those last four lines are a wonderful counterpoint to the beautiful images you paint in the first part of the poem. I see the idea of God living in all being and being in all... I LIKE this kind of God. Good work, Cymbre.
