Grace is Amazing

by Oliver Drewman

Grace is that thing that finds us in the night
Right in the depths of our greatest despair
Along the wrong paths tread now aright
Clearly we fall with sorrowing flair
Evening's falling darkness ne'r can hide
Infidelity's mark on bare wounded skin
Scar's all before us to always deride
Acrid taste on the tongue and deeper within
Much wisdom and innocent wonder is lost
Again on the altar of lust heady sin
Zest is all crumpled, away it is tossed
Intrinsically before God prostrate begin
Now is the blood covered Intercessory prayer
Grace 'Abba Father' brokenness alive wear

What a breath-taking piece! "My grace is sufficient for you for My strength is made perfect in weakness" - 2 Cor. 12:9... <>< Peace..
