and i scoff at the thoughts
of someone dying for me
and i laugh when i hear
that i need christianity
there's a cross around your neck
there's a bible in your back pocket
i dont give a fuck
if that carpenter worked for you.

he cant save us all
the simple lies dont fool the whole world
those looking for drive-thru deliverance
fast food style, well, there it is.
personally, i look for you to prove
that you are what they preach
i have yet to be moved
by the shit they try to teach

transpearency bright as day
you cant see through with your eyes closed
why do so many wish to be blind?
why do they choose not to know?
eternally out of reach
are the answers that dont exist.
maybe thats what drives them on
keeps them going through life.
we only fear death
because we fear finding out
the truth.
