Truman The Termite

by Charles E Minshall

Truman the termite
Had a taste for wood,
He tasted and tasted
More than he should.

He tasted and tasted
With oh so much haste,
That he tumbled the wall
Which turned him to paste.

Now there is some stupendous, good old fashioned, male humor. I love this one Charlie, chomp..chomp! Peace...

Ouchhhhh...and here we all feel the poor termites pain and disaster, yet we think it served him right. How humanly of us. fun poem though!

Poor Truman ... but... what a way to go! Cute poem, perfect rhymes with message.
