Posted by Cathlyn Cartier on 11/29/02 at 11:47 PM BRAVO!!! Oh thank you BOTH so much! I am so excited, and this was WONDERFUL! You have definitely captured the cat.. "urinate in your lap..", "... I will cuddle with you when I feel like it..." I couldn't restrain the giggle that escaped. I can barely wait to read more translations. |

Posted by Bruce W Niedt on 12/02/02 at 05:48 AM Amazing how you take every nuance of an extended simile and run with it, even the almost-taboo thoughts that come with such musings. Lots of sensuality and insight here. Wonderful! And thank you David for an expert (I'm sure) translation.... d:-) |

Posted by Leslie Ann Eisenberg on 07/20/04 at 07:05 AM I will demolish your pride
urinate on your lap
and you will smile at me slowly
.......and I rule only to make them speak
and to shut them up when the night
hangs itself from the earrings
of nocturnal flux
anticipating beautiful stars
the which I scare off in order
to chase!.....kitty likes! |
