Anxious waiting for the phone to ring

Around ten to eight each day

Waiting for a voice to say

get ready again to play

I entered this radio game

unaware of it’s effect on me

It’s crazy, it’s fun, it’s insane

And so became my family

Three statements

Fact or fiction

Is all I have to say

When I get them right

I’ll be on air again the very next day

This show's been quizmastered

by these two radio blokes

always full of jokes

Sometimes they hand out a clue

I’m silently hoping they’ll still do

I promised them another poem today

So here is what I wanted to say:

Thank you guys and

your “fact or fiction”game

thanks for granting me

that little moment of fame
