In honor of all who died on that fateful day in September
We will stand united as one country and one nation as we remember
The lives which were taken before their own predestined time
Has left our hearts rendered helpless and Lady Liberty blind.

As we bow our heads and hearts with our flag waving in the breeze
We will look upon the stars and stripes and pray on bended knee:
For the families who suffered such loss - we wish you peace
For those who saw the towers fall - we wish for you, release.

But there is a time coming when the fallen will rise again
And the United States of America will not be known as the victim
Yes, we will stand victorious with justice in our hands
One people, one voice - determined to take back our land.

Freedom's bell will ring and heal those who are broken-hearted
And we will light a candle in the dark to finish what was started
9/11 marks a day in history that world will always remember
As we honor all who died on that fateful day in September.
