sitting awake at night

learning about theology

telling me that god lives

words from the man on tv

If there is a god

then tell me

how can all these people hate?

do these evils in his name

and then tell me that he's great?

Nothing seems to be real

religion is just a fantasy

how can those people believe in god

believe in christianity?



something will come save us

its everywhere i go

god, allah, whatever- dont be faithless

or salvation's light wont glow

I am the wrong man

my life is filled with sin

if you do not understand

please, let me begin

i am a gay man

i have committed a sin

built in the image of onan

within me, evil will win

I have worshiped other idols

ones who understand if you do

i am not one of christs disciples

his word can not be true



If i could be god for a day

and i knew the meaning of it

i would to the world a favor

and kill my own living spirit

because we need to look to ourselves

and find who we need to be

we need to step in to the world with a sense of who we are

we alone to ourselves must be god almighty

dont call me an evil man

for doubting the word of god

but i can not believe what i cans see and percieve

to be wrong.

No, i can not believe in your god.
