Pink Lemonade (slightly mature)

by Amber B

His love
is like pink lemonade
unpredictable
tangy sweet
making me crave for days
before he quenches my thirst
hard to find
prolonging my craving
making it that much better
when he is found
drinking me down

His love
is like pink lemonade
wishings of summer
when we will go hand in hand
laughing our cares away
melting the ice in our glasses
with mere glances
whisking us away
to exotic places
tangy sweet on our lips
as our tongues caress

His love
is like pink lemonade
always exciting
never too tired
never too old
tangy sweet
quenching my thirst
quenching my desires

It is quite possible that you are inside my head, living my life, and writing about it. Every last word, every last drop of pink lemonade could easily be about me. I could get lost in your library for days on end.
