`` Nameless Face by Amy M Fitch
Deranged, secluded, and aware,
Alone in a crowd of a billions.
Thoughts of darkness,
The numbness is scared.
I will wait;
Today is just my hiding place.
I heard my voice echo to me,
But the tones were unfamiliar.
Thought I would scream until I could bear,
But no one would really hear me.
My eyes are clear,
And yours are gray,
Clouded and oblivious.
I pity you,
Yet I loathe you,
I'm not sorry that I cannot help it.
I will stand here,
And I will watch you stay there.
And I will know all that you cannot.
And I will feel all that you cannot.
And I will hate your innocence.
