All Night In Bed On a Train (Haiku-form)

by Ronald A Pavellas

Of great concern is
The center of gravity
To this traveler

As I slide footward
Seemingly forever
I wait for the crash

Around a long curve
On the endless railroad track
Defying Newton
---
Traveling 1500 kilometers from Stockholm to Abisko (Lappland)

I shall never hear that phrase: "center of gravity" in the same way again. Excellent and evocative (for me especially) metaphor of the train to express your Self as a traveler. Good to find a fellow traveler in another part of the world from Texas, USA. Good writing, Ron.
