At Times , At Sixty by Roger J Kenyon
It is as if one wants to serve
As an understudy
To order and serenity
Rehersing for an eternity
Of silence
Before the final scene
Of the last act plays out
At times at sixty. 01/19/2002 Posted on 01/19/2002 Copyright © 2024 Roger J Kenyon

Posted by Philip F De Pinto on 07/16/11 at 01:06 PM this ode is beyond contemplative. and arrived at a certain age what are we to do but conclude and concur with that fine line which has us rehearsing for an eternity of silence. |
