two fucking days ago
i could think no wrong of you
i stayed up the entire night
wondering what i could do
to hold you close forever.
i was even thinking, somewhat seriously
of being your only lover
but, as i see, that was not to be
you filled me full of lies
i look back and now i see
i was seeing the devil in disguise
i wanted to run away
land on the moon with you
you made me say things that i hated to say
but, hey, what could i do?
obviously, alot more than i did.
i gave you my life on a silver platter
and you threw it back in my face
everybody's exactly alike
in this super fucked up place
i wanted to give you perfection
but now i realize
you arent worth the dirt i sleep in.
you are a perfect person
but you've got to realize:
perfection is a form of anarchy
and i have no idea how anyone
can live in your fucked up (perfect) world.
