THE DUCK THAT COULDN'T LAY A GOLDEN EGG

" A man and his wife had the good fortune to possess a goose which laid golden eggs." They also owned a duck and thought maybe if they fed the duck a little gold, she could be trained to lay golden eggs just like the goose, thus double the daily output of gold. The golds weight however sank the duck and she quickly drowned.
