The Journal of A. Paige White What a beautiful new day!
09/29/2007 03:18 p.m.
I just hate I didn't get to read Psalm 19 until yesterday afternoon. It's the most beautiful Psalm I've ever read, I think. I am determined to start my mornings by reading it aloud from now on. No wonder God said David was a man after His own heart. What a gorgeous declaration to make!
Psalm 19
A David Psalm
1-2 God's glory is on tour in the skies, God-craft on exhibit across the horizon.
Madame Day holds classes every morning,
Professor Night lectures each evening.
3-4 Their words aren't heard,
their voices aren't recorded,
But their silence fills the earth:
unspoken truth is spoken everywhere.
4-5 God makes a huge dome
for the sun—a superdome!
The morning sun's a new husband
leaping from his honeymoon bed,
The daybreaking sun an athlete
racing to the tape.
6 That's how God's Word vaults across the skies
from sunrise to sunset,
Melting ice, scorching deserts,
warming hearts to faith.
7-9 The revelation of God is whole
and pulls our lives together.
The signposts of God are clear
and point out the right road.
The life-maps of God are right,
showing the way to joy.
The directions of God are plain
and easy on the eyes.
God's reputation is twenty-four-carat gold,
with a lifetime guarantee.
The decisions of God are accurate
down to the nth degree.
10 God's Word is better than a diamond,
better than a diamond set between emeralds.
You'll like it better than strawberries in spring,
better than red, ripe strawberries.
11-14 There's more: God's Word warns us of danger
and directs us to hidden treasure.
Otherwise how will we find our way?
Or know when we play the fool?
Clean the slate, God, so we can start the day fresh!
Keep me from stupid sins,
from thinking I can take over your work;
Then I can start this day sun-washed,
scrubbed clean of the grime of sin.
These are the words in my mouth;
these are what I chew on and pray.
Accept them when I place them
on the morning altar,
O God, my Altar-Rock,
God, Priest-of-My-Altar.
DADDY! Let my praises outshine the sunny skies
Let my shouts to you shake the heavens
Let my whispers climb into your lap
Let the day resound with your glory
Let the earth rejoice and all your people clap
and sing and dance with sheer joy
I can see! I can see the new day you've given me!
A day of not looking back
A day of gladness for exactly where I am
You've set my feet on your mountain
and whispered "I'm beside you for this climb"
"If you stumble, I'll give you my arm"
"If you tire, I'll refresh you in my rest"
"When you laugh, I'm laughing too"
"When you cry, I treasure you so much, I've kept every tear in my bottle"
"When you bend your head to pray, I'll give you my own heart, my words to say"
"How I've longed for you to share with me, TODAY!"
My spirit laughs and laughs and laughs and claps with joy to receive this word that confirms! (I DID NOT WRITE THIS. )
A New Gate
While on a ministry break for the past couple of months, the Lord began to give me what I call "saga" words or "to be continued" words. Thus, God finally gave the completion of this word during a recent conference at the Glory of Zion Outreach Center in Denton, Texas. After this meeting, all the other words that had "to be continued" were released. God told me that this is the New Day in His Kingdom--5768 has arrived and we are going into a New Thing!
This is a new day, in a new way, and at a new gate (gait). ("Gait" is a manner of walking, stepping or running.) This is a time to move ahead. This is a word to encourage us to cut the past losses and move into the forefront for God's Kingdom assignment for 2008. We are now in a New Gate and a New Gait--a New Door and a New Step! This means we are getting new keys for new assignments, for new gates and for new lands, and we will be aligning with a new synchronized march of the "Gait" of God.
Psalm 2:1-3, "Why are the nations in an uproar, and the peoples devising a vain thing? The kings of the earth take their stand, and the rulers take counsel together against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying, 'Let us tear their fetters apart, and cast away their cords from us!'"
God said to me as clear as if we were speaking together in an audible conversation, "Cut the ties of the past to sail into your future!" The Lord is telling us that we are creatures easily affected by "comfort zones." We must move out of these comfort zones and venture out into the deep. We don't necessarily like the unknown, the uncertainty of new territory. Yet, that is just the way it has always been with God or He would not have given us Israel's journey, along with so many other patriarchs of faith to show us how we, too, must live.
My Spies Equipped for Battle
I heard the Lord say into my spiritual ear, "You have cut the ties of the ship full of spies!" What? Yes, spies, but not what you think. These are good spies! "They are MY COMPANY OF CALEBS AND JOSHUAS! Do not "despise" a small beginning. These are My Spiritual Special Forces." (Dual meaning is to not put the spies off the ship: do not "de-spies".)
This is a group of well-trained and hungry youth that have a heart to go into the New Land on a New Assignment. This young army will go out into the ocean in a raging storm to find that new ground God promised. They are seeking the will and the way of God as no generation has ever done before. They are the ones that won't allow any indifference to tame their pursuit of God's move. This group has gone into the Promised Land of God and they have begun to stake their claim for Kingdom Property! This group that has set sail is now taking every shoreline they touch. I heard the Lord say, "This is a NEW SHIP!"
This ship is set out for battle and is now sailing across America, gathering forces for the all-out destruction of enemy strongholds that have taken out previous generations. It has specialized equipment and is set on course for Warring the Word of God over the high seas, taking every harbor it lands in, as God directs. This ship is smaller than most battlewagons, but bigger than a stealthy destroyer ship and has the enemy very upset at this moment. It does not plan on going back to a comfortable homeport. This ship is taking nations and it's named "GOD CALLED!"
Cutting off the Past, Prepping for the Future
God has told us to cut asunder all the bands of the wickedness that have been placed upon us by the spirit of religion. We must cut off the old binders in order to sail into a new vessel that is lean from fasting, praying and obeying the voice of the Lord. We will now see the Kingdom of God advance--yet the battles are going to intensify.
We must be going into this New Hebrew year of 2008 with an attitude of cutting away the bonds that so easily set us back. It is now a time to "cut your losses and move ahead!" Let us move ahead and be the seasoned, battle-trained people to assist in this young, unstoppable army taking new ground for God's Kingdom. It will take both seasoned, older veterans that are proven in rank and order in the Kingdom to be alongside this vigilant regiment to bring in apostolic wisdom, timing and orders. God is doing something we have never seen!
Cutting the cords means not looking back, and furthermore indicates going into the New Year and adopting a NEW DAY without any contingency plans. The plan is simply: "Do not go backward--take the land that is ours!" In other words, we have only one plan--WIN! WE WIN--NO MATTER WHAT!
We must cut asunder the wrong ties and the bonds that have so easily set us back in our past journey. We cannot carry the burdens of our past with us as "extra baggage" that will serve to weigh us down in the battle for new Kingdom territory. We will now move into a land of Canaan as we have cut the ties of the past and will begin to occupy our new territory for the Lord. Do not look into your past to view your future!
I heard the Lord then say, "You are singing a NEW SONG OF THE LORD IN A NEW LAND. YOU ARE MAKING NEW CHORDS IN PLACE OF THE ENEMY'S PLAN FOR DISCORD! Now usher in the Song of the Heavens into the Land that flows with the Milk and Honey of My Presence!"
Gender Prejudice in the Kingdom is Over
"How long will you go here and there, O faithless daughter? For the LORD has created a new thing in the earth--a woman will encompass a man." Jeremiah 31:22
Many believe this is only for Israel to come back to God, yet in my studies, I believe it to be a multipurpose statement to include women on the frontline who give birth now to leadership and will bring into the Kingdom of God fresh new ideas. God is doing a new thing and we must cut loose those old religious binders of the past. Yes, women will indeed give us the understanding of "birthing" a New Thing.
Which of you men can help me explain birthing by your natural experiences? I believe women can! Women, too, can pastor churches, run ministries, pray for the sick and cast out devils. Come ahead, women, and take your rightful place on the frontlines as God leads you. Behold, God is doing a NEW THING. We must indeed deal with it now. Call me revolutionary! You are right!
Yes, this is a time in which the Lord is doing a New Thing in a New Year of 5768 and onwards into the year of 2008, which will literally bring a New Day that will surely stay! We are marching to His orders to take new land.
New Birth, New Land, New Day, New Way--and all the old is cut away! The Lord says, "Behold, for I will do a NEW THING!"

I can barely type. While it was exhilerating, it was also totally exhausting. Whew. I wrestled a three hundred pound man for an hour. Geeeeez... that one move, can't remember the name of it, he didn't even apply it hard and my neck and shoulder are still griping about it. I have no idea how sore I'm going to be tomorrow.
I feel so thankful. Wonderfully tired and ... grateful. The privilege of getting to know these two genuinely caring people is not something I take likely. The things some people endure daily. Leigh touched my heart to the deepest places with her honesty and willingness to allow her husband to teach me these... ahem... extremely intimate moves and even cheer for me and coach me. I am thankful there is some small justice in this world. That a man would rape a 14 year old girl with multiple schlerosis and wheelchair bound. My God. He deserved to be in unit 32. Her quiet dignity in telling me... What a beautiful young woman. And just last week an addict tried to break in on her. She broke his hand in the door with her chair. Thank God they had the dog. I respect Joe even more for the care he takes of her. My faith in men, well, some men, is restored. As weak as I feel right now, I can only imagine how sore I'm going to be tomorrow. lol, I don't even want to think about it. I am fired up and totally worn out at the same time. I can tell he really wants me to pursue it and even start trying to participate in tournaments. I dunno about all that. The fact that he's brought it up half a dozen times...I think I would, and would try really hard, just for him and Leigh. I'll even try my best just to make them proud of me. Yeah, I'm going to work really hard at this just for them. Thank you Jesus for expanding my horizons in such a wonderful way. It's so good to find a part of me that I'd lost touch with coming back to life. So strange. I didn't realize how much of me I'd lost so wrapped up in him. I feel myself opening up again like a flower budding. How did this happen? When did this happen? Why didn't I see what I'd become, what I'd lost? I'm astonished.
And then I had to go sign into myspace and see our picture. What a dilemma. What it represents is more accurate now than it was when our picture was taken. It still makes my heart hurt. So many things I wish I could just forget. Why can't I forget as easily as he did? WHY? Maybe he didn't treasure these memories like I did. Maybe it was a lie. Could I have been so deceived? If it meant as much to him as me, how could he walk away so easily? how?!? How could he throw us away? If didn't mean so much to him, how could I have fell for such a lie? I don't understand. I just don't understand. I guess I never will. I know one thing for certain. He's ruined me. I fell so deeply. Even though he's destroyed my trust in his love to the point I question if it was ever real, I'll never be over what it was to me. He fooled me that good, I guess. I guess that's why it took so long for me to come around to the idea that he was trying to be gentlemanly because he knew I was head over heels. Unhealthily so I guess to have put everything else in my life on hold, to do nothing basically waiting on building a life where we could be together. Still a knife in my heart to realize it was one sided. God, he fooled me. I thought it was real. I thought he was real. How would I ever be able to trust again? He's ruined me. Maybe that's what it took for whatever God has destined to be my future. It won't include anything deeper than friendship with a man.

Thank you Lord. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
I did not write this. I am not claiming it as mine. It is just such a wonderful thing to receive I have to journal the day of breakthrough. It is here strictly for me to meditate on.
psalm 42
9 “O God my rock,” I cry,
“Why have you forgotten me?
Why must I wander around in grief,
oppressed by my enemies?”
10 Their taunts break my bones.
They scoff, “Where is this God of yours?”
11 Why am I discouraged?
Why is my heart so sad?
I will put my hope in God!
I will praise him again—
my Savior and my God!
Why yield to gloomy anticipations? who told you that the night would never end in day? who told you that the winter of your discontent would proceed from frost to frost, from snow and ice, and hail, to deeper snow, and yet more heavy tempest of despair? Don't you know that day follows night, that flood comes after ebb, that spring and summer succeed winter? hope on then! hope on ever! For God doesn't fail you.
He was better than all my hopes
he was better than all my fears;
he made a bridge of my broken works,
a rainbow of my tears.
(I particularly love the last line)
The billows that guarded my sea-girt path,
but caried my lord on their crest
when i dwell on the days of my wilderness march
i can lean on his love for the rest
he emptied my hands of my treasured store
and his covenant love revealed
there was not a wound in my aching heart
but the balm of his breath has healed
oh tender and true was the chastening sore
in wisdom that taught and tried
til the soul that he sought was trusting in him
and nothing on earth beside.
he guided by paths that i could not see
by ways that i have not known
the crooked was straight, and the rough was plain
as i followed the lord alone
i praise him still for the pleasant palms
and the water springs by the way
for the glowing pillar of flame by night
and the sheltering cloud by day
never a watch on the dreariest halt
but some promise of love endears
i read from the past that my future shall be
far better than all my fears.
like the golden pot of the wilderness bread
laid up with the blossoming rod
all safe in the ark with the law of the lord
is the covenant care of my God.
Day 4: Read and Declare Psalm 60 and Romans 9. Pray that Christians around the world, including the believers in Israel, will fervently seek and receive their "marching orders" from Adonai Tzvaot--the Lord of Armies-and that we will receive HIS strategies for dismantling or nullifying those marching orders planned by the enemy for this time period. Pray that we will move in unity to His beat and in His timing.
Oh Father! How my heart is stirred within me by releasing the two chapters of these two books by the words of my mouth read out loud and declared into the atmosphere that surrounds me and my family. I have declared that it will be done again and again. I petition you in your glorious and Holy courts to cause your children to pray and not give up until you release the strategies that counter the kingdom of darkness for this hour that we are alive. I declare that your leaders WILL receive! I have seen it. I saw them in the huddle. I saw you huddle with them whispering into their ears. I know you will do it. Show us your glory! Arise, oh God, and let the train fill the temple, your body here on earth. Fulfill your plans to unite us as one body with one mind, the mind of the Lord Jesus. I laugh! I adore the beat you gave me personally. Show the watchers on the wall the exact timing and let your people rejoice in the mysteries you are now revealing that have been hidden until this very hour. Fill us with your revelation. We want to see your glory! We want to partake of your glory. In Jesus name, Amen.

Kiddoz... soooo crazy!
09/25/2007 01:28 a.m.
I don't even want to walk in the kitchen. I'll probably slip down and oh what a thunderous sound that would be, lololol... They're having water wars. Logan was assaulted first, he came in here and told me, "Mama scared". I think she squirted him with the spray nozzle and it scared HIM. lol. Then megan came through soaked and laughing and pointed at Jarrod with "YOU'RE NEXT" and Jarrod started threatening lives. Brian seems to be reigning at the moment. HEHEEE These kiddoz are so fun. Makes me young at heart. Ok, think I'll go join the fray with some unknown weapon of mass watery instruction but s t e p l i g h t l y and c a r e f u l l y in my stealthy attack!
well I'll be careful of megan around the water hose now, lololol! I am currently Crafty

Day 3: Read Psalm 47. Release a hand clap and a shout to the Lord for the victory that is ahead. Read Mark 16. Miracles speak! Declare that signs and wonders will begin to come forth producing many salvations in the people of your area.
Psalm 47
1-9 Applause, everyone. Bravo, bravissimo! Shout God-songs at the top of your lungs!
God Most High is stunning,
astride land and ocean.
He crushes hostile people,
puts nations at our feet.
He set us at the head of the line,
prize-winning Jacob, his favorite.
Loud cheers as God climbs the mountain,
a ram's horn blast at the summit.
Sing songs to God, sing out!
Sing to our King, sing praise!
He's Lord over earth,
so sing your best songs to God.
God is Lord of godless nations—
sovereign, he's King of the mountain.
Princes from all over are gathered,
people of Abraham's God.
The powers of earth are God's—
he soars over all.
The Resurrection
1 Saturday evening, when the Sabbath ended, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome went out and purchased burial spices so they could anoint Jesus’ body. 2 Very early on Sunday morning,[a] just at sunrise, they went to the tomb. 3 On the way they were asking each other, “Who will roll away the stone for us from the entrance to the tomb?” 4 But as they arrived, they looked up and saw that the stone, which was very large, had already been rolled aside.
5 When they entered the tomb, they saw a young man clothed in a white robe sitting on the right side. The women were shocked, 6 but the angel said, “Don’t be alarmed. You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth,[b] who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead! Look, this is where they laid his body. 7 Now go and tell his disciples, including Peter, that Jesus is going ahead of you to Galilee. You will see him there, just as he told you before he died.”
8 The women fled from the tomb, trembling and bewildered, and they said nothing to anyone because they were too frightened.[c]
9 After Jesus rose from the dead early on Sunday morning, the first person who saw him was Mary Magdalene, the woman from whom he had cast out seven demons. 10 She went to the disciples, who were grieving and weeping, and told them what had happened. 11 But when she told them that Jesus was alive and she had seen him, they didn’t believe her.
12 Afterward he appeared in a different form to two of his followers who were walking from Jerusalem into the country. 13 They rushed back to tell the others, but no one believed them.
14 Still later he appeared to the eleven disciples as they were eating together. He rebuked them for their stubborn unbelief because they refused to believe those who had seen him after he had been raised from the dead.[d]
15 And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone. 16 Anyone who believes and is baptized will be saved. But anyone who refuses to believe will be condemned. 17 These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages.[e] 18 They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed.”
19 When the Lord Jesus had finished talking with them, he was taken up into heaven and sat down in the place of honor at God’s right hand. 20 And the disciples went everywhere and preached, and the Lord worked through them, confirming what they said by many miraculous signs.
Lord, I have clapped to the rhythm you gave to me and I have shouted the words of your victory over your enemies. It's all about you. Cause your praises to break forth for the awesome signs and wonders you have decided to perform. I thank you for the salvations you have purchased with your life's blood in the people of my area and my sphere. I look forward to an ongoing fellowship and appreciation of the many and varied giftings you have placed in each one. Please come to me and whisper in my ears the expressions of the love you have for each one that I may speak it out into the atmosphere. It's all about you. It's all about your love. Take the coal from the altar and touch my lips that they may speak the truth of your love and praises with no shadow of darkness or thought of turning aside to the right hand or to the left hand. Send your angels, Lord Jesus and touch my lips with your fire. We long for you to manifest fully the glory of your grace. Make my/our ways and words straight and filled with your Holy Spirit. Please grace and gift the ministries that are right now caught up into your presence to present their praises and thanksgiving and their requests. I thank you so much for that awesome video that touched me so much this afternoon. Please bless that ministry with multiplication, magnification of your glory in all the earth. Again I lift my voice to thank you for Israel and ask that your peace be known in Jerusalem. I bless your Holy city where you will again descend to earth to rule as your Father wills in and through all His children. Please bless and gift my angels with higher praise and greater testimony to fill all your courts with shouts of praise and Hosannas of sheer grace. Amen

09/23/2007 02:15 p.m.
I'm sure I must have had one before, but I don't remember it if so. Boy when the dam breaks and God decides to come to me in dreams, he sends communication like a floodwater. I dreamed about a church and a few of us there for a special reason. Not going to get into that. Still chewing that one over. Anyway, I was still dreaming and in my dream I dreamed suddenly Megan was standing by my bed looking down at me and said, "we've got bounty hunters, you and chip" and in my dream I groggily woke up and shook my head no at her. Then I woke up. It was so real! I was shocked to actually wake up and she was still in her room asleep. Gonna pray over that one. I don't remember exactly what a dream within a dream means, but I bet I'll be finding out today, lol. But the dream before that one was much more interesting. I CAN'T WAIT!
Day 2: Read Luke 11:1-8. Pray the Lord's Prayer. Pray this prayer differently. Declare the sounds of Heaven will release the will of God and penetrate the atmosphere that surrounds you and your region.
... Daddy, daddy dear of myriads and thousands and thousands times ten thousands of your children drawing near
We cling and trust and worship in the light of your full name's expression drawing near
We watch, we watch, we hear the heralds of the kingdom of the Son
We long to be raised in participation of your "will be done"
Spirit breathing and flowing in and through this clay
Fill our empty baskets full to overflow
to feed ALL your hungry children your manifestation, we to reap what you sow
Forgive our debt of doubt and disbelief in your finished and complete love
Grace us more and more that we freely give from your treasures stored above
Lead our thoughts by paths settled high upon Mount Zion that our eyes should want no evil thing
For easy and simple by your hands to wield such purity in power through your Son's perfect reign.
In His name, Yeshua, our bright and morning star, and for Him to receive the full reward for the travail of His soul, I pray, Amen.

Day 1: Yom Kippur
09/22/2007 01:03 p.m.
Heavenly Father, Father of Lights, it is a joyful thing to come into your presence with my heart singing of your goodness and mercy in the High Priest of our confession, Yeshua. I am in awe of such grace. Father, first I recognize that you guard the words of this prayer, I see that you cherish them as they are built up only by the words of your book and that I have feasted on your faithfulness to even have the courage to come before you. You are a Holy God. In this season, in Yom Kippur, I ask you, Holy Spirit, to search me and know me. I ask you to bring to my attention every single thing, every attitude, every hidden thought, every action taken or word spoken that offends your Holiness and show me exactly how you want me to make restitution. I long to live with a BE attitude and I know I can't do that apart from you and your presence. I ask you to give me discernment against any voices that are not your voice, I ask you to close my ears completely to the voice of the stranger and to purify my sight and hearing to see what you are doing, and to hear the voice of your commands for me. Fill me with your compassions, your mercies, all the graces of your presence. Show me where I've failed to do this, where I've leaned on my own strength and cleanse me from every spot and blemish of any hidden prideful ways. I come before you to ask every blessing our Lord pronounced in these words:
1 One day as he saw the crowds gathering, Jesus went up on the mountainside and sat down. His disciples gathered around him, 2 and he began to teach them.
The Beatitudes
3 “God blesses those who are poor and realize their need for him,[a]
for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.
4 God blesses those who mourn,
for they will be comforted.
5 God blesses those who are humble,
for they will inherit the whole earth.
6 God blesses those who hunger and thirst for justice,[b]
for they will be satisfied.
7 God blesses those who are merciful,
for they will be shown mercy.
8 God blesses those whose hearts are pure,
for they will see God.
9 God blesses those who work for peace,
for they will be called the children of God.
10 God blesses those who are persecuted for doing right,
for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs.
11 “God blesses you when people mock you and persecute you and lie about you[c] and say all sorts of evil things against you because you are my followers. 12 Be happy about it! Be very glad! For a great reward awaits you in heaven. And remember, the ancient prophets were persecuted in the same way.
Father, please purify my heart as I pray that my prayers may fully rise to your throne and you would be pleased to answer a prayer of purity. Father God, I ask you to restore to your people a Zion mentality. For I know the enemy of your kingdom still desires even in his defeat to assail it and take it for his own. He still desires to ascend the mount of the Lord. He covets all that you are and all that you have. Please pluck out of me ANYTHING of his nature. Give me the grace of service to serve you and your people.
1 Corinthians 14
Tongues and Prophecy
1 Let love be your highest goal! But you should also desire the special abilities the Spirit gives—especially the ability to prophesy. 2 For if you have the ability to speak in tongues,[a] you will be talking only to God, since people won’t be able to understand you. You will be speaking by the power of the Spirit, but it will all be mysterious. 3 But one who prophesies strengthens others, encourages them, and comforts them. 4 A person who speaks in tongues is strengthened personally, but one who speaks a word of prophecy strengthens the entire church.
5 I wish you could all speak in tongues, but even more I wish you could all prophesy. For prophecy is greater than speaking in tongues, unless someone interprets what you are saying so that the whole church will be strengthened.
6 Dear brothers and sisters,[b] if I should come to you speaking in an unknown language,[c] how would that help you? But if I bring you a revelation or some special knowledge or prophecy or teaching, that will be helpful. 7 Even lifeless instruments like the flute or the harp must play the notes clearly, or no one will recognize the melody. 8 And if the bugler doesn’t sound a clear call, how will the soldiers know they are being called to battle?
9 It’s the same for you. If you speak to people in words they don’t understand, how will they know what you are saying? You might as well be talking into empty space.
10 There are many different languages in the world, and every language has meaning. 11 But if I don’t understand a language, I will be a foreigner to someone who speaks it, and the one who speaks it will be a foreigner to me. 12 And the same is true for you. Since you are so eager to have the special abilities the Spirit gives, seek those that will strengthen the whole church.
13 So anyone who speaks in tongues should pray also for the ability to interpret what has been said. 14 For if I pray in tongues, my spirit is praying, but I don’t understand what I am saying.
15 Well then, what shall I do? I will pray in the spirit,[d] and I will also pray in words I understand. I will sing in the spirit, and I will also sing in words I understand. 16 For if you praise God only in the spirit, how can those who don’t understand you praise God along with you? How can they join you in giving thanks when they don’t understand what you are saying? 17 You will be giving thanks very well, but it won’t strengthen the people who hear you.
18 I thank God that I speak in tongues more than any of you. 19 But in a church meeting I would rather speak five understandable words to help others than ten thousand words in an unknown language.
20 Dear brothers and sisters, don’t be childish in your understanding of these things. Be innocent as babies when it comes to evil, but be mature in understanding matters of this kind. 21 It is written in the Scriptures[e]:
“I will speak to my own people
through strange languages
and through the lips of foreigners.
But even then, they will not listen to me,”[f]
says the Lord.
22 So you see that speaking in tongues is a sign, not for believers, but for unbelievers. Prophecy, however, is for the benefit of believers, not unbelievers. 23 Even so, if unbelievers or people who don’t understand these things come into your church meeting and hear everyone speaking in an unknown language, they will think you are crazy. 24 But if all of you are prophesying, and unbelievers or people who don’t understand these things come into your meeting, they will be convicted of sin and judged by what you say. 25 As they listen, their secret thoughts will be exposed, and they will fall to their knees and worship God, declaring, “God is truly here among you.”
A Call to Orderly Worship
26 Well, my brothers and sisters, let’s summarize. When you meet together, one will sing, another will teach, another will tell some special revelation God has given, one will speak in tongues, and another will interpret what is said. But everything that is done must strengthen all of you.
27 No more than two or three should speak in tongues. They must speak one at a time, and someone must interpret what they say. 28 But if no one is present who can interpret, they must be silent in your church meeting and speak in tongues to God privately.
29 Let two or three people prophesy, and let the others evaluate what is said. 30 But if someone is prophesying and another person receives a revelation from the Lord, the one who is speaking must stop. 31 In this way, all who prophesy will have a turn to speak, one after the other, so that everyone will learn and be encouraged. 32 Remember that people who prophesy are in control of their spirit and can take turns. 33 For God is not a God of disorder but of peace, as in all the meetings of God’s holy people.[g]
34 Women should be silent during the church meetings. It is not proper for them to speak. They should be submissive, just as the law says. 35 If they have any questions, they should ask their husbands at home, for it is improper for women to speak in church meetings.[h]
36 Or do you think God’s word originated with you Corinthians? Are you the only ones to whom it was given? 37 If you claim to be a prophet or think you are spiritual, you should recognize that what I am saying is a command from the Lord himself. 38 But if you do not recognize this, you yourself will not be recognized.[i]
39 So, my dear brothers and sisters, be eager to prophesy, and don’t forbid speaking in tongues. 40 But be sure that everything is done properly and in order.
Father, I make declaration as you have commanded, that the prophetic anointing will become pure and clear in the people of God I am associated with. I declare this, this day over every person and ministry that has sent to me your words that have strengthened me in any way. EVERY ONE.
I ask you Father, to fulfill again in your people Israel this scripture. I join my voice with the voice of my brothers and sisters in America and everywhere around the world that are this day praying for Israel that all hindering spirits be rebuked and pushed back from them that have prevented this understanding:
Luke 24:27, 44-45
27 Then Jesus took them through the writings of Moses and all the prophets, explaining from all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.
44 Then he said, “When I was with you before, I told you that everything written about me in the law of Moses and the prophets and in the Psalms must be fulfilled.” 45 Then he opened their minds to understand the Scriptures.
Father, I pray for the winds of awakening to blow upon us all as gentiles, the power of the blood of Messiah for Israel and for ourselves:
Amos 9
A Vision of God at the Altar
1 Then I saw a vision of the Lord standing beside the altar. He said,
“Strike the tops of the Temple columns,
so that the foundation will shake.
Bring down the roof
on the heads of the people below.
I will kill with the sword those who survive.
No one will escape!
2 “Even if they dig down to the place of the dead,[a]
I will reach down and pull them up.
Even if they climb up into the heavens,
I will bring them down.
3 Even if they hide at the very top of Mount Carmel,
I will search them out and capture them.
Even if they hide at the bottom of the ocean,
I will send the sea serpent after them to bite them.
4 Even if their enemies drive them into exile,
I will command the sword to kill them there.
I am determined to bring disaster upon them
and not to help them.”
5 The Lord, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies,
touches the land and it melts,
and all its people mourn.
The ground rises like the Nile River at floodtime,
and then it sinks again.
6 The Lord’s home reaches up to the heavens,
while its foundation is on the earth.
He draws up water from the oceans
and pours it down as rain on the land.
The Lord is his name!
7 “Are you Israelites more important to me
than the Ethiopians?[b]” asks the Lord.
“I brought Israel out of Egypt,
but I also brought the Philistines from Crete[c]
and led the Arameans out of Kir.
8 “I, the Sovereign Lord,
am watching this sinful nation of Israel.
I will destroy it
from the face of the earth.
But I will never completely destroy the family of Israel,[d]”
says the Lord.
9 “For I will give the command
and will shake Israel along with the other nations
as grain is shaken in a sieve,
yet not one true kernel will be lost.
10 But all the sinners will die by the sword—
all those who say, ‘Nothing bad will happen to us.’
A Promise of Restoration
11 “In that day I will restore the fallen house[e] of David.
I will repair its damaged walls.
From the ruins I will rebuild it
and restore its former glory.
12 And Israel will possess what is left of Edom
and all the nations I have called to be mine.[f]”
The Lord has spoken,
and he will do these things.
13 “The time will come,” says the Lord,
“when the grain and grapes will grow faster
than they can be harvested.
Then the terraced vineyards on the hills of Israel
will drip with sweet wine!
14 I will bring my exiled people of Israel
back from distant lands,
and they will rebuild their ruined cities
and live in them again.
They will plant vineyards and gardens;
they will eat their crops and drink their wine.
15 I will firmly plant them there
in their own land.
They will never again be uprooted
from the land I have given them,”
says the Lord your God.
And for us, Acts 15 and 28
It is my yearning desire, Lord Jesus, that you receive the FULL reward for the travail of your soul. Cause your praise to arise in my heart, in my home, in my city, in my state, in my nation and in YOUR world! Amen

NOTE TO SELF:
GET TOBY MAC TICKETS TODAY!!! Before they are sold out.
I know she means well. I just hate it when her new love reminds me of something precious I treasured in Chip. When she showed me the wedding pictures, and the ones of them together and she recalled a moment where he was curled on the couch hugging a pillow it brought to mind with her tenderness, a memory of how my heart melted to see Chip make a fist and lay his chin on it in just such a way that he was much a little boy in that moment. How will I ever be over him?
Please bless that man, Father, and complete what you have begun in him. Thank you for lightening the pain of the remembrance so much. Please forgive me if even these thoughts are displeasing. I just can't help it. Please help me.
Heavenly Father, I ask you to prepare our hearts, prepare their hearts for a great outpouring of your presence when we assemble to share praise. I ask you to make it more than a concert, I ask that you show up in power to save, deliver, heal and commission every person you draw there. Let nothing be lacking in the preparations needed for you to do a great work in Hattiesburg.
I thank you for revealing to me by songs of the morning where you wanted intercession of a, lol, militant sort. Back on up, back on up, back on up... Whew! I felt the strength of your determination and I praise you for all that your hand is shaping. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of it, for invading my mornings with the glory of your presence and the awesome humor you display for my eyes alone in the things you are working in my life. I thank you for the shout you imputed deep into my innermost being and I ask you to multiply the effectiveness in the interim of its release. Whew. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Brunei. Never ever heard of this one. Not going to type this one.
Well, she turned in her resignation today. I am not thrilled. I just hate doing submittals. It's frustrating, boring, wheel spinning, aggravation. You wind up doing way more than anybody even realizes and it's so time consuming! That's the aggravation of it. I am so out of touch with what's going on in that office it will take me a week just to familiarize again. bleh. I am currently Odd
