Morphine Pump

Press the button,
and morphine soldiers
chase the pain asunder,
while on the walls,
pink flowers dance,
long stems tapping,
and twirling to a song
from far,far away.
Walls undulate
in another world of reality,
to come close, and retreat
as if the mind willed it so.
The eerie band
of morphine soldiers opens
the door to a world next door
while flowers dance
on the wall with seeded eyes
that twinkle and smiles
that mock my nakedness.
