mothers love

by Courtney B Chiles

There is no greater love that
a mother and her child could share,
Helping each other through the bad times
lets one another know that they care.
When the time comes for their child
to move away,
The mother feels an emptyness
That she feels will always stay.
Her child is always off and
can hardly be found,
No matter how much she misses her
she will always be around.
There will be days when her
daugher will want to come home,
Until she hears her mother tell her
she should stay when she calls on the phone.
It may seem like her dream
is too far away,
At least her mother believes in
her every step of the way.
Yes, the daughter has done some things
that has caused her mother pain,
The one thing that she appreciates the most
is that her mother's love for her will never change.
Even though her mother is not ready
and some days she can only wonder why,
One day she will say to herself
" I'm glad that I gave my daughter the chance
to spread her wings and fly."

Hi Courtney, It's beautiful, it expresses a Mother & daughters love so wonderful. And just in time for Mother's Day. Greta work. Jean
