I have dreamed of sincerity
In relations paired
With authentic activity

I have dreamed of a loving reality
That appears to be a
Rapidly decling sanctity

I have dreamed of releasing
Anxieties based on observations
I hoped were not succeeding

I have dreamed of a partner
With someone that Saw
My quirks and loved me without a fracture

I have dreamed my children
Would be safe in a world
That increases its unforgiveness

I have dreamed of partners
With whom I can fight
The tyranny that is a frightful concert

I have dreamed that this
Ongoing nightmare
Finds a resolution with bliss

I dream of living a life
Where peace of mind
Is not a place of strife

I dream that the battles
I face are those fights
That are not of my own making

I dream my last breath
Is in the arms of someone
I love with my last caress

I dared dream the impossible Dream
I am quixote.
