Someone has to come up with a plan
A plan for the survival of man
We are doomed if we stay the course
War is so wrong; there's nothing worse

The world's messed up, and we all know it
We need a world of love and everyone to show it
There's no need to be killed or maimed
Instead of fighting, we should all play games

An outstretched hand
A warm smile on a face
We need to understand
We're all running the same race

This earth was meant to be a beautiful place
All of us sharing this same space
That hasn't happened, but the time is now

It's a colorful world of boys and girls
where every hue is beautiful
Between love and hate, there's a choice to make
We all make the one that's suitable

It's never too late to change your plans
Change a feeling in your heart
Sharing a smile with an outstretched hand
It's a perfect place to start

Think what you want

I think we have a lot to share
There's no better time to start
Clear your mind and open up your heart

What's mine is yours, and yours is mine
We can have it all until the end of time
Put down all arms; there's no need to fight
We can play games, and we can start tonight

There's never a winner in any war
Sides counting their dead to keep score
So many souls lost to time
Wasted lives and wasted minds

The world's messed up
It's a terrible place
For some impossible to ever feel safe
That's no life
That's not why we're here
No one should ever live in fear
We all feel better with a smile on our face
We'd all feel safe if we shared this place

I don't care about the color of your skin
I don't care about what you believe in
Let's just smile and shake some hands
