Diverting by Anita MacI am visualizing
your high noon
and dealing with
my sunrise.
I will send a smile your way,
I will wish I could see it all through your eyes
as I await yours in return.
The luster you see in me is
the intensity I see in you; and it is palpable.
Sometimes just Knowing makes me smile.
I am calculating
your midnight
and weighing it against
my sunset.
I will send you all my Warmth,
I will share the world I see
in shades of dusk and gray.
These are the hours in between,
the hours when you are most with me.
Please, don’t go Dark on me.

Posted by George Hoerner on 03/05/16 at 02:10 AM I am in the process of writing to a woman I haven't seen in sixty years and your makes me feel much the way I feel about her. It's a long story. We still exchange the rare email, both have been married and had children. I know she doesn't feel the way I do, just high school "friends". |

Posted by Rob Littler on 03/13/16 at 05:56 PM ...makes me think about how a day ahead can really be a day behind, and there is no past, no future...only NOW and NOT now...and I am suddenly nostalgic for letter writing, and spending TIME with thought, thinking it through...momentus moments, monumental.
