The shape of the Earth has changed
From spherical to linear
Everything has become transparent
One track from here to there
The chance for divergence is limited
To break free would be to fall from
The face of humanity
Maybe that wouldn’t be
So bad
Freeing yourself from black lines
Against white parchment
To a stain on the thumb of
The animator
Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad
To be smeared out.
