Know Me

by Tota Longmire

Penetrate me with the sheath of your gaze,
My moist eyes capturing you and begging,
“Go deep, touch my soul.”

They say in the silence,
You can feel God.
In the silence of your glance,
All I see is you, looking at me
And me looking at you,
Infinite mirrors reflecting,
Reflecting desire, indefinitely.

Watch me squirm,
Pinned down by the weight of your
Stare piercing me.

As the intensity increases I feel myself
Clenching internally against your contemplation,
Fear of the culmination of your regard and
Boundless pleasure that you have thrust
Into me so deep for so long causes me
To cling tighter still to the mirror of your eyes.

Then, with a soft sigh of satisfaction and the slight
Sting of a moment passing, we look apart.

At least I’ll always have the memory,
Clouded in desire, of the way I looked
In your eyes as you knew me.
