Neon Screams by D. Xavier BariNeon shrieks.
Through my mind as I walk,
crashing all the synapses,
wailing walls of decadence--
past lives they've parsed,
for all to "see",
ignoring them as I walk.
Neon shrieks.
Desperate nothings,
said with earnest agitations,
bleating while I try to hear--
praying I'll "like" them,
as I wander off,
ignoring them as I walk.
Neon freaks.
Z0mb135 peddle godless venom,
as they lurch through worldy ruins,
where our dreams lay festering.
Those digital natives,
were never our friends,
ignoring them as I walk. 08/25/2015
