Am I the only one who can see you?
You set my sky ablaze with shadows
Cast your phantom over me and allow me to be
Your Black Knight in shining armor
Shoot your dark glow all over me
Illuminate my night with your spray of black-light
Penetrating the flesh with shafts of ultra-violet
Swords, sharper than steel, invisible
Intangible yet cutting into my heart
Filling every thought with embers of desire
From the first look that pierced my mind
Clenching my hands to hang onto your scent
Wishing on Perseid’s cast-aways
As they drop to their fiery demise
Imagine with me what you do not believe
Realize with me the laughter of lovers
Keep me looking up at your beauty
Shine with the shimmer of meteors
Don’t leave me, don’t ever fall from my sky
Keep me wishing even if they never come true
Will them to fruition and let me be with you
