I dance slowly
in rooms that are not my own,
all alone
at least in my mind.
I don't really mind,
in fact, I am quite
used to being alone,
it becomes me,
defines me,
sometimes speaking out loud
to no one in particular,
but never with anyone.
So I dance slowly,
alone in my mind.
