Till Journey's End

by Kourosh Taheri-Golvarzi

A meal, a beer, a bed, a sympathetic friend,
Another day that I may go somewhither nigh:
Such luxuries do I hold dear till journey's end,
Inhaling starry mist in night's forgotten sigh.

There is rarely a day so bad that a woman's arms at night can't make it all seem right!
