I nibble longingly at yr recursive feints;
I need gestures gestures gestures

repetition

b/c they help me limn my own ideas of
my own ideas of ‘us’; &



I am such a deep
& narcisstic self-referent

that the effort I devote
to parsing my
reasons for parsing
the gradations of
difference in yr smile

provides me with a simple conduit
to be absolved for my

own selfish want to possess them all
in a neat
print-pattern sack,

along w/ you,
tucked away

for an especial purpose
that remains

at the moment undevised
